The secretariat for Intermag 2023 will provide support to obtain visas for registered onsite conference attendees. If you need to apply for a visa, please be sure to check the corresponding request box upon your registration (https://congres.eventsair.com/intermag-2023/intermag2023/Site/Register). After your registration is confirmed, the secretariat will prepare the necessary visa application documents in due course. To ensure you obtain a visa in time for Intermag2023, please confirm individual procedures and processing time with your Japanese Embassy/Consulate. The entire application process, including correspondence with the secretariat, may take more than 1 month in some cases. Please note: to obtain visa support you MUST register by April 20.
